Job summary

Lalamove is seeking a Driver Operations Lead for Offline Presence in the Philippines to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance and delivering performance metrics. You will manage the Offline Presence team, onboard partner drivers for sticker installations, and drive offline campaigns to strengthen driver supply and brand visibility across operating areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the Offline Presence team including preparation and sending of performance reports, monitoring attendance and productivity of all team members.
• Assist in onboarding partner drivers for sticker installation and coordinate with relevant teams and departments.
• Plan and execute initiatives to improve total sticker drivers.
• Ensure company procedures and regulations are followed and escalate potential issues to the Management Team.
• Lead team briefing and weekly staff meetings to discuss performance updates, product and process developments.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by Management.

About the role

To support our oversupply agenda, we are leveraging the power of offline presence to continue to strengthen our brand awareness and presence in all areas we operate. We are currently looking for Driver Operations Lead for Offline Presence who will lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the team and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and deliver performance metrics.

What You'll Do

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the Offline Presence team including preparation and sending of performance reports, monitoring attendance and productivity of all team members

• Campaign execution - plan, coordinate, and execute offline campaigns, activities, and driver acquisition/engagement initiatives.
• Offline presence & brand awareness - strengthen the company’s visibility and presence across operating areas.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Telesales experience preferred, particularly in roles involving customer engagement, acquisition, or conversion.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Senior Associate to Supervisory capacity, preferably with experience in team leadership or operations management.
• Experience in campaign execution and branding initiatives, particularly offline campaigns, activations, or activities designed to drive awareness, engagement, or acquisition.
• Strong operational, people management, and performance management skills, with the ability to execute initiatives and deliver measurable results.
