Job summary

Lalamove is seeking a Driver Operations Lead for Offline Presence (Telesales) to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Offline Presence team on-site in City Teams. This full-time role focuses on compliance, performance metrics, and driver recruitment activities.

You will coordinate onboarding, plan campaigns, and lead weekly briefings, delivering measurable results through hands-on leadership and strong operational oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in offline campaigns and branding.
• Telesales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the Offline Presence team.
• Prepare and send performance reports.
• Onboard partner drivers for sticker installation.
• Coordinate concerns with relevant teams and departments.
• Plan and execute initiatives to improve total sticker drivers.
• Lead team briefing and weekly staff meetings.
