Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Telesales experience preferred, especially roles involving customer engagement, acquisition or conversion.
• 1–2 years in a Senior Associate to Supervisory capacity with team leadership or operations management.
• Experience in campaign execution and branding initiatives, especially offline campaigns and activations.
• Strong operational, people management and performance management skills with ability to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the Offline Presence team including preparation and sending performance reports, monitoring attendance and productivity of all team members.
• Assist in onboarding partner drivers for sticker installation and coordinate with relevant teams and departments.
• Plan and execute initiatives to improve total sticker drivers.
• Ensure company procedures and regulations are followed and escalate potential issues to the Management Team.
• Lead team briefings and weekly staff meetings to discuss performance updates, product and process developments.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

What You'll Do:

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

• Telesales experience preferred, particularly in roles involving customer engagement, acquisition, or conversion.

• 1–2 years of experience in a Senior Associate to Supervisory capacity, preferably with experience in team leadership or operations management.

• Experience in campaign execution and branding initiatives, particularly offline campaigns, activations, or activities designed to drive awareness, engagement, or acquisition.
