Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
Draft letters, memos, and reports. Input data accurately into company databases and spreadsheets.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, answer and redirect phone calls, and respond to general email inquiries professionally.
Monitor and replenish office supplies. Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) and liaise with external vendors when necessary.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and taking minutes or notes when required.
Greet visitors and clients, ensuring they are directed to the correct person or department.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses, processing invoices, or handling petty cash.
