Indus - Medica Supply and Installation Services Corp in Laguna is seeking an Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations, document preparation, records management, and government filings including BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, and LGU compliance.
The role works closely with Accounting and Management, requires a degree in Business/Office Administration and 1–2 years of experience, strong MS Office and Google Workspace skills, and excellent written and verbal communication
The Office Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, including document preparation, records management, office coordination, government transactions, and BIR-related filings and compliance requirements. The position will coordinate closely with the Accounting and Management teams to ensure that administrative and government requirements are properly prepared, submitted, and monitored on time.
Manage and coordinate daily office administrative activities.
Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, records, files, and reports.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, correspondence, and other communications.
Prepare letters, memoranda, reports, quotations, purchase requests, and other business documents.
Monitor office supplies, equipment, and other administrative requirements.
Assist in the preparation and processing of BIR tax filings, returns, and required submissions.
Process and coordinate transactions with BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, LGU, and other government agencies.
Assist in the processing and renewal of business permits, licenses, registrations, and certificates.
Maintain complete and organized records of government submissions, permits, certificates, and official receipts.
Assist the Accounting Department in gathering documents and information needed for government filings and other accounting requirements.
Graduate of Business Administration, Office Administration, Accounting, or any related course.
Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in office administration, accounting support, or government processing.
Knowledge of BIR procedures, eBIRForms/eFPS, and online government portals is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and Google Workspace.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Willing to process documents and transact with government offices when required.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Can maintain confidentiality of company, financial, and employee information.
