The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, managing payables/receivables, and ensuring compliance with BIR and other government requirements. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience, a relevant degree, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in ERP systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero.
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Accounting/Finance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and finance, with wide knowledge in BIR processing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage financial records accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and supporting documents.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
Process payroll and ensure compliance with statutory deductions and government contributions.
Prepare and file BIR tax reports and other regulatory requirements accurately and on time.
Monitor company expenses and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
Maintain the general ledger and perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies when necessary.
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2–5 years of proven experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and payroll processing.
Wide knowledge in terms of BIR processing, taxation, monthly, quarterly and annually.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar ERP systems).
Experience preparing financial statements and handling government compliance requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
