Job summary

Entegris Asia Pte Ltd seeks a Business Operations Specialist to support key OEM and strategic customer accounts by coordinating order fulfillment, deliveries, forecasts, PCNs, RMAs, and escalation management. You will interface with customers, Account Managers, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality and Product Management to ensure smooth execution and excellent customer experience.

Experience supporting forecasting and PCN management.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Act as operational focal point for assigned OEM and customer accounts.
Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics to expedite orders.
Monitor customer orders and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate PCN activities and track acknowledgements.
Coordinate Returned Material Authorization (RMA) and quality escalation.
