Job summary

Celblos Dermal Research Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to support the OEM Business Manager and ensure smooth execution of customer projects from inquiry to delivery. You will work across Business Development, R&D, Procurement, Production, Quality, Artwork/Design, Logistics and Finance, maintaining regular communication with customers.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, order management or project coordination.
Experience in OEM, skincare, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG or manufacturing is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Handle OEM customer inquiries, RFQs and quotation requests.
Coordinate with R&D, Procurement, Production, Quality, Artwork and Logistics teams.
Prepare quotations and ensure pricing, specifications and requirements accuracy.
Manage customer orders, purchase orders and delivery schedules.
Track OEM projects from product development through mass production and delivery.
Follow up on milestones, approvals and deadlines.
Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely project updates.
Resolve operational issues that may affect timelines or commitments.
Maintain records for customers, quotations, projects and orders.
Prepare sales, project status and order reports for the Business Manager.
Ensure documentation and adherence to SOPs and processes.
