A leading BPO company based in Metro Manila is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to partner with senior leadership, drive cultural transformation, and implement organizational strategies. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of HR experience, with strong expertise in organizational development, leadership coaching, and change management. This on-site role requires excellent business acumen and the ability to influence leaders to drive effective talent initiatives.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR and OD experience.
• At least 3 years in a strategic OD or HR Business Partner role.
• Experience in technology or engineering environments highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leadership to design organizational strategies.
• Coach and develop leaders for high-performing behaviors.
• Lead culture-shaping initiatives to enhance collaboration.
• Leverage data to assess organizational health and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with HR COEs for integrated delivery of initiatives.
