• Experience in shipping, logistics, forwarding, or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Tender Handling: review RFQs, interpret scope, and translate into Maersk-aligned bid formats.
• Pricing & Data Quality: apply correct commercial logic and validate data accuracy.
• Submission & Handover: deliver complete tender outputs within agreed timelines and support handover to Contract Management.
• Reporting & Improvement: track KPIs and share insights to improve AFLS/N negotiation platforms.
