Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding Philippines seeks a back-end services specialist for the ocean freight line to support one or more services across stations, countries or regions, ensuring timely and accurate task completion and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work with a larger team, adhere to SOPs, meet SLA targets, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent qualification.
• 0–3 years of experience in BPO or logistics preferred.
• Air Freight experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP exposure.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Customer-centric mindset with analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Understand station/country documentation requirements and execute as SOPed.
• Meet department SLAs and KPI targets per guidelines.
• Operate services according to shifts, countries, or regions.
• Deliver high-quality service through timely, accurate task completion.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve service.
• Flag challenges to supervisor and partner promptly and coordinate with stakeholders.
