• Billing: ensure shipments are billed timely and accurately; resolve discrepancies.
• Vendor and payable management: coordinate payments and resolve invoice issues.
• Documentation and compliance: maintain shipment records and required files.
• Costing and financial control: ensure costs and accruals are accurate.
• Regulatory and system compliance: update milestones and adhere to requirements.
• Cross-functional support: assist Ocean Import operations when needed.
