Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Manila is seeking an Associate – Beer, Wines & Spirits to support back-end services for Ocean freight, ensuring timely and accurate task completion across regions. The role emphasizes collaboration, process adherence and a customer-centric approach.

You will work with cross-functional teams, understand station documentation requirements, and strive to meet SLAs while improving service quality through standard operating procedures and ERP systems exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, logistics or management preferred.
• 0–3 years in BPO or logistics, preferred.
• Ocean Freight experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Effective English communication, written and verbal.
• ERP exposure preferred.
• Strong logical reasoning skills.
• High level of customer centricity.

Responsibilities

• Understand documentation requirements of the station/country and execute jobs per SOP.
• Ensure department SLAs and KPIs are met per guidelines.
• Operate services according to shifts, countries or regions.
• Deliver high service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify solutions and improvements.
• Flag challenges to supervisor and business partner promptly.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for regular communication and information flow.
