Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any). Logistics/management an advantage.
• 0–3 years of experience in BPO or logistics preferred.
• Ocean Freight experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Effective English communication, both written and verbal.
• Exposure to ERP systems is preferred.
• Good logical reasoning abilities and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Understand documentation requirements for station/country and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Meet department SLAs and KPIs per delivery guidelines.
• Operate on services per shifts, countries, or regions.
• Deliver high-quality service through timely, accurate completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with teammates to identify improvements and best practices for partners.
• Flag challenges to supervisor promptly for resolution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for regular communication and information flow.
