Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Manila seeks an Associate – Master Data Management to support our DGFF regions and countries globally. You will train to manage buying/selling rates, sales master data, TMS data objects, and conduct denied party screening.

Gain exposure to ERP systems, collaborate across teams, and contribute to accurate data handling while maintaining service levels and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, industrial engineering or management, or undergraduate equivalent.
• 0–3 years of experience in BPO or logistics domain preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand station/country documentation requirements and ensure tasks follow SOPs.
• Meet department SLAs and KPIs as per delivery guidelines.
• Deliver high quality service through timely, accurate completion.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify solutions and improvements.
• Flag challenges to supervisor and business partner promptly.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for regular information flow.
