Wellcare Clinics & Lab,. is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to deliver primary healthcare, promote workplace safety, and manage employee health records on-site. You will ensure compliance with health standards and support employee well-being to boost organizational productivity.
You will perform clinical duties including vital signs, vaccinations, PME/APE coordination, and medical documentation, while maintaining confidentiality and coordinating with HR and providers.

Key responsibilities
Perform vital signs monitoring, nebulization, wound care, and first aid
Assist in medical and dental consultations
Monitor patients in the observation room
Respond to emergencies and accompany patients to hospitals if needed
Administer vaccines to employees
Facilitate Pre-employment Medical Examinations (PME), including referrals and physical exams
Coordinate and assist in Annual Physical Examinations (APE)
Manage and summarize medical results for HR
Process employee leaves (Sick Leave, Prolonged Sick Leave, Maternity Leave)
Maintain and update medical records and reports
About you
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduate
Valid PRC Nursing License
BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) Certification
Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid
At least 2 years of clinical or occupational health nursing experience
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills in a clinical setting
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) for reporting and data management
Experience in handling work-related injury cases and coordinating with healthcare providers
Maintain strict confidentiality of medical records
Demonstrates empathy and professionalism in handling employee concerns
