Job summary

Makro Philippines (CP Axtra AC Corporation) seeks a Section Manager – O2O to guide end-to-end omni-channel operations and align online platforms with in-store experiences.

You will oversee online order fulfillment, Click & Collect, and home delivery, coordinating with Store Ops, Logistics, IT, Marketing, and third‑party partners. Strong leadership and data‑driven decision making are essential to enhance CX and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Information Systems, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail, wholesale, e-commerce, omnichannel ops, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing online order fulfillment, Click & Collect, home delivery operations, or digital commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of OMS, WMS, ERP, and POS systems.
• Experience with third-party logistics providers and online marketplaces preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles, fulfillment operations, and omnichannel retail strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end omnichannel operations and ensure seamless integration between online platforms and physical stores.
• Lead online order fulfillment, Click & Collect, and home delivery coordination.
• Collaborate with Store Operations, Merchandising, Logistics, IT, Marketing, Customer Service, and third-party delivery partners.
• Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, sales growth, and process improvements.
