ClearSource BPO is hiring an LPN for patient-facing calls in clinical research, based onsite in Pasig. You will document interactions, assess eligibility, and follow approved scripts with empathy. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls from patients and caregivers about clinical studies.
• Follow an 8-hour, 5-day work schedule with breaks and lunch periods.
• Use multiple systems to document patient information accurately during calls.
• Follow approved scripts and procedures with professionalism and empathy.
• Apply active listening to gather, confirm, and clarify patient information.
• Evaluate eligibility based on study requirements.

Job description

Make and receive calls from patients and caregivers interested in participating in clinical research studies, providing information and assessing eligibility

Follow a structured 8-hour, 5-day work schedule, including designated breaks and lunch periods

Utilize multiple systems to accurately document and manage patient information while on calls

Follow approved scripts and procedures while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach

Apply active listening skills to gather, confirm, and clarify patient information

Evaluate patient eligibility based on study requirements

Accurately document all interactions in the system in a clear and organized manner

Identify and escalation issues according to standard procedures

Complete all required training and maintain compliance with company and client guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification required (U.S.-based credentials preferred)
• Previous call center or telenursing experience is an advantage
• Clinical experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and explain complex medical terms
• Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High proficiency in using online systems, tools, and technology
• Must be willing to work onsite
