ClearSource in the Philippines is seeking a Nurse Coordinator to support clinical research patient participation. You will handle calls with patients and caregivers, document information across systems, and ensure compliance with study protocols in a remote-friendly environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of nursing experience, hold an LPN certification, and communicate clearly in English. A quiet home workspace, reliable internet, and the ability to work with clinical teams are essential.

Responsibilities

What you will do as a Nurse Coordinator

• Make and receive calls from patients and caregivers interested in participating in clinical research studies, providing information and assessing eligibility
• Follow a structured 8-hour, 5-day work schedule, including designated breaks and lunch periods
• Utilize multiple systems to accurately document and manage patient information while on calls
• Follow approved scripts and procedures while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach
• Apply active listening skills to gather, confirm, and clarify patient information
• Evaluate patient eligibility based on study requirements
• Accurately document all interactions in the system in a clear and organized manner
• Identify and escale issues according to standard procedures
• Complete all required training and maintain compliance with company and client guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification required (U.S.-based credentials preferred)
• Previous call center or telenursing experience is an advantage
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience required; clinical experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and explain complex medical terms
• Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a quiet, professional home workspace
