Qualifications

• LPN certification is required.
• 3–5 years of professional clinical experience preferred.
• Call center or telenursing experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency a plus.
• Ability to explain complex medical terms clearly.
• Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls with patients and caregivers for clinical trial participation.
• Follow an 8-hour, 5-day work schedule with breaks and lunch periods.
• Accurately document patient information across multiple systems.
• Follow approved scripts and maintain professional, empathetic communication.
• Gather, confirm, and clarify patient information using active listening.
• Evaluate eligibility according to study requirements.
• Document all interactions clearly and organize records.
• Escalate issues per standard procedures.
• Complete all required training and maintain compliance.
