ClearSource BPO is seeking a licensed practical nurse to coordinate clinical research participation. You will handle patient and caregiver calls, assess eligibility, and document interactions across multiple systems with empathy and professionalism.

The role follows a standard 8-hour, 5-day workweek with training and strict compliance to client guidelines. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in a remote-friendly environment.

Competenze

• LPN certification required.
• Call center or telenursing experience is an advantage.
• Clinical experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills to explain medical terms clearly.
• Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency in using online systems, tools, and technology.
