Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls from patients and caregivers interested in participating in clinical research studies, providing information and assessing eligibility.
• Follow a structured 8-hour, 5-day work schedule, including designated breaks and lunch periods.
• Utilize multiple systems to accurately document and manage patient information while on calls.
• Follow approved scripts and procedures while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
• Apply active listening skills to gather, confirm, and clarify patient information.
• Evaluate patient eligibility based on study requirements.
• Accurately document all interactions in the system in a clear and organized manner.
• Identify and upscale issues according to standard procedures.
• Complete all required training and maintain compliance with company and client guidelines.
