Private Advertiser is seeking a New Product Introductions (NPI) Planning Analyst in Metro Manila to support demand planning, inventory optimisation, and analytics. You will develop forecasts, dashboards, and reports to support Commercial, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing decisions, while partnering with the ANZ Planning team to enhance planning capability.

The New Product Introductions (NPI) Planning Analyst is responsible for supporting the Gravis business through demand planning, supply analytics, reporting, and inventory optimisation. The role provides data-driven insights that improve forecast accuracy, inventory performance, New Product Introductions (NPI), and decision-making across Commercial, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Working closely with the ANZ Planning team, the analyst will maintain planning models, develop reporting and dashboards, support the S&OP process, and identify opportunities to improve planning capability through analytics and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales, customer insights, and market intelligence.
Support the monthly S&OP process through demand analysis, forecast reviews, and planning recommendations.
Monitor forecast accuracy, identify demand risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain and enhance key Supply & Demand planning models to support forecasting and inventory decisions.
Analyse demand, inventory, service levels, and supply performance to identify trends and opportunities.
Support scenario modelling and business analysis to evaluate forecast, supply, and inventory impacts.
Support the weekly Gravis customer forecast validation process and consolidate customer feedback.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting across sales, inventory, customer demand, forecast performance, and service levels.
Provide analytical support for New Product Introductions, including demand planning, launch tracking, inventory monitoring, and performance reporting.
Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Customer Service, and Demand Planning teams to improve planning alignment.
2-5 years' experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Inventory Planning, or a similar analytical role.
Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, supply chain planning, and performance reporting principles.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data modelling, forecasting, and analysis.
Experience using business intelligence and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or similar platforms.
Experience working with ERP, planning, and reporting systems; SAP and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) experience is desirable.
Ability to communicate complex data and analytical insights in a clear and practical manner.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across multiple functions.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
Experience supporting forecasting, inventory management, sales and operations planning (S&OP), or customer demand planning processes.
Experience analysing large data sets and translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
