Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a New Product Introductions (NPI) Planning Analyst in Metro Manila to support demand planning, inventory optimisation, and analytics. You will develop forecasts, dashboards, and reports to support Commercial, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing decisions, while partnering with the ANZ Planning team to enhance planning capability.

The role requires 2–5 years in relevant planning or analytics roles, strong Excel and BI tool proficiency, and experience with ERP/IBP

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or related analytical roles.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP.
• Advanced Excel skills including data modelling, forecasting, and analysis.
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Experience with ERP, planning, and reporting systems; SAP/IBP desirable.
• Clear communication of complex data and insights; strong stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, market intel, and customer insights.
• Support the monthly S&OP process with demand analysis and planning recommendations.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify risks with corrective actions.
• Maintain planning models to support forecasting and inventory decisions.
• Analyze demand, inventory, service levels, and supply performance for trends.
• Support scenario modelling and business analysis for forecast and inventory impacts.
• Contribute to weekly customer forecast validation and consolidate feedback.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for sales, inventory, demand, and service levels.
• Provide analytical support for NPIs, including launch tracking and inventory monitoring.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and CS to align planning.
