The role requires managing a team, driving improvements, and collaborating with Demand Planning, Inventory, Distribution, and Logistics to optimize forecasting and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, KPI monitoring, data analysis, and process improvement.
• Experience in analytics, compliance, or process excellence within supply chain.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, SAP, ERP, or demand planning systems is a plus.
• Capable of leading cross-functional initiatives and translating complex data into practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain compliance standards, controls, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Track supply chain performance through dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Analyze demand, inventory, replenishment, and data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor compliance with policies, SOPs, and service-level commitments.
• Lead root-cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Distribution, Logistics, Merchandising, and other stakeholders.
• Support demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning initiatives.
• Facilitate operational reviews and present data-driven recommendations to management.
• Lead process improvement projects to improve efficiency, accuracy, service levels, and cost management.
• Manage and develop the team while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager – Compliance, Analytics & Demand Planning is responsible for strengthening supply chain governance, monitoring operational performance, and translating data into actionable business insights. About you

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant managerial experience in supply chain, demand planning, inventory planning, replenishment, supply planning, analytics, compliance, or process excellence.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, KPI monitoring, data analysis, and process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, SAP, ERP, or demand planning systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and presentation skills.
• Capable of leading cross-functional initiatives and translating complex data into practical business actions.
