Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an NPI Planning Analyst to support Gravis with demand planning, supply analytics, reporting, and inventory optimisation. You will develop forecasts, dashboards, and S&OP insights to improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance across Commercial, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.

You will work closely with the ANZ Planning team, maintain planning models, support NPI launches, and identify analytics-driven improvements in planning processes.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning or analytics.
• Experience supporting forecasting, S&OP, or demand planning processes.
• Experience developing and maintaining reporting, dashboards, and analytical models.
• Experience in cross-functional environments with Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Experience supporting NPI, product launches, or portfolio changes is advantageous.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales, customer insights, and market intelligence.
• Support the monthly S&OP process through demand analysis, forecast reviews, and planning recommendations.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify demand risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain and enhance planning models to support forecasting and inventory decisions.
• Analyse demand, inventory, service levels, and supply performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support scenario modelling and business analysis to evaluate forecast, supply, and inventory impacts.
• Develop dashboards and reporting across sales, inventory, customer demand, forecast performance, and service levels.
• Ensure planning reports are accurate, timely, and support business decision-making.
• Maintain data integrity across planning systems, reports, and analytical models.
