Job summary
AMREP (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a TPM to provide technical leadership across design, production, quality, testing and engineering to ensure successful manufacturing outcomes. You will lead end-to-end NPI projects, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and work with senior management.
Strong problem solving, project management and production analysis skills are required. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electronics and 8+ years in NPI-Technical Project
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electronics or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years work experience in NPI-Technical Project Management and manufacturing process engineering.
- Experience in Consumer Electronics/Electronic Module is advantageous.
- Strong technical knowledge in product and process related work.
- Professional knowledge in Cp/Cpk, DFx, PFMEA, DOE, PMP.
- Excellent communication, coordination and team management skills.
- Willing to travel as project support request.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end NPI projects, track project schedule, identify risks and execute action plans.
- Make recommendations for product/process design changes impacting cost, quality and delivery.
- Process development, validation and qualification of NPI projects.
- Co-work with cross-functional teams and suppliers to define line layout and process flow.
- Continuous improvement for process optimization.
- PFMEA and PMP development, review and approval.
- Yield improvement and analysis of critical failures.
- Plan, develop and implement procedures to test and evaluate products.
