Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a TPM (Test & Manufacturing) to own the end-to-end test strategy and manufacturing readiness for SMT, sub-assembly, and FATP lines.

The role is based in Taguig City with a hybrid setup (up to 3x a week RTO) and a 45-hour work week. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in technical program management focusing on test strategy, manufacturing readiness, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end test strategy from concept through sustaining (DVT → PVT → MP → Sustaining).
• Optimize test processes, test yield, cycle time, and line balance across production lines.
• Manage complex, interdependent project schedules across 10+ cross-functional teams.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks across manufacturing and test programs.
• Provide critical on-site support at CM factories during development builds and sustaining.
• Drive data-driven decisions using yield data, Pareto analysis, and SPC.

Job Description: We are hiring a TPM (Test & Manufacturing) to own end-to-end test strategy and manufacturing readiness across SMT, sub-assembly, and FATP lines.

Key Responsibilities

Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in EE, ME, CS, or equivalent technical field.
• 5–7+ years in technical program management with a focus on test strategy and manufacturing readiness.
• End-to-end test strategy ownership: from concept through sustaining (DVT → PVT → MP → Sustaining).
• Deep experience optimizing test processes across SMT, sub-assembly, and FATP production lines.
• Proven track record of driving improvements in test yield, cycle time, and line balance.
• Complex project schedule management: ability to manage interdependent workstreams across 10+ teams.
• Technical risk identification and mitigation across manufacturing and test programs.
• Ability to provide critical on-site support at CM factories during development builds and sustaining.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams: Test Eng, Automation Eng, Quality, CM, and Suppliers.
• Strong data-driven decision making: comfortable with yield data, Pareto analysis, SPC.

Good To Have

• Direct experience as a Test Engineer or Automation Engineer prior to TPM role.
• Hands-on exposure to station qualification (FAT/SAT), test coverage analysis, and escape rate management.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies adapted to hardware NPI programs.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools: Python, SQL, Tableau for manufacturing dashboards.
• Background in both NPI and sustaining program management simultaneously.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Apple, or Samsung supply chains and quality systems.
• Exposure to environmental / regulatory compliance testing (FCC, CE, PTCRB, carrier certification).
• Multilingual: Mandarin / Vietnamese for direct CM technical engagement.
