Job summary

PCI Private Limited is seeking an experienced (Senior) Program Engineer for our Business Unit, based in our Laguna office. The role emphasizes coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely NPI delivery and smooth production handover.

Responsibilities include monitoring schedules, expediting materials, participating in delivery calls, and mitigating risks to maintain on-time shipments.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering/Business Admin/Supply Chain/Logistics required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in EMS/Manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with MRP or ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

PCI Private Limited is looking for an experienced (Senior) Program Engineer to join our Business Unit department. This position is part of our expansion, and will be based in our newly set up office in Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and follow up with customers on delivery plan
• Monitor and work with Purchasing and production to expedite materials and production plan
• Able to participate in customer's conference call for delivery matters
• Monitor the project schedule and ensure on-time delivery for the NPI shipment
• Able to analyse the forecast waterfall
• Regularly communicating with stakeholders, including engineering teams, manufacturing partners, and customers, to provide updates and ensure alignment
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact the NPI program, such as supply chain issues, production readiness, or design flaws
• Overseeing the transition from prototype to production, ensuring that the manufacturing process is efficient and that the product meets production requirements

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Engineering/Business Admin/Supply Chain/Logistics
• Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience in EMS/Manufacturing industry
• Familiar with MRP or ERP systems, preferably in SAP
• Highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
