Job summary

AMREP (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a TPM to provide technical leadership across design, production, quality, testing and engineering to ensure successful manufacturing outcomes. You will lead end-to-end NPI projects, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and work with senior management.

Strong problem solving, project management and production analysis skills are required. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electronics and 8+ years in NPI-Technical Project

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electronics or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 8 years work experience in NPI-Technical Project Management and manufacturing process engineering.
  • Experience in Consumer Electronics/Electronic Module is advantageous.
  • Strong technical knowledge in product and process related work.
  • Professional knowledge in Cp/Cpk, DFx, PFMEA, DOE, PMP.
  • Excellent communication, coordination and team management skills.
  • Willing to travel as project support request.

  • Lead end to end NPI projects, track project schedule, identify risks and execute action plans.
  • Make recommendations for product/process design changes impacting cost, quality and delivery.
  • Process development, validation and qualification of NPI projects.
  • Co-work with cross-functional teams and suppliers to define line layout and process flow.
  • Continuous improvement for process optimization.
  • PFMEA and PMP development, review and approval.
  • Yield improvement and analysis of critical failures.
  • Plan, develop and implement procedures to test and evaluate products.

Job description

As AMREP's TPM, your role is to provide technical leadership to overall gamut of manufacturing process. You will use your expertise in design, production, quality, testing, and engineering to achieve successful production outcomes. You will be highly accomplished at working with multi-disciplinary teams and at working with senior management levels. You should be excellent at problem solving, production analysis, and project management.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead end to end NPI projects, track project schedule, identify risks and execute action plans
  • Make recommendations for product/process design changes and final assembly standards/limits that have direct impact to final product cost, quality and delivery
  • Process development, validation and qualification of NPI projects
  • Co-work with cross-functional team and suppliers to define, validate and qualify the production line layout, process flow chart, line balancing
  • Continuous improvement for process improvement and optimization
  • PFMEA and PMP development, review and approval
  • Yield improvement and critical failures FA/CA
  • Failure/Data analysis - Plan, develop and implement procedures to test and evaluate products
About you
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electronics or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 8 years work experience in NPI-Technical Project Management, manufacturing process engineering background
  • Experience in Consumer Electronics/Electronic Module would be a great advantage
  • Strong technical knowledge in product and process related work
  • Professional knowledge in the tools and its practice such as Cp/Cpk, DFx, PFMEA, DOE, PMP
  • Excellent communication, coordination and team management skills
  • Good attitude, enthusiasm, pro-active and team work spirit
  • Willing to travel as project support request
