Job summary

Radii Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager (Test & Manufacturing) to lead end-to-end test strategy, manufacturing readiness, and cross-functional technical programs from development through mass production and sustaining.

You will own test execution for DVT to sustaining, drive optimization across SMT, sub-assembly, and FATP lines, and coordinate with Test Engineering, Automation, Quality, and CM partners to improve yield and cycle times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5–7+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing test processes across SMT, sub-assembly, and FATP.
• Strong skills in project scheduling and cross-functional coordination.
• Data-driven approach using yield data, Pareto analysis, and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end test strategy and execution from development through DVT, PVT, MP, and sustaining.
• Drive test process optimization across SMT, sub-assembly, and FATP production lines.
• Lead improvements in test yield, cycle time, line balance, and test coverage.
• Manage complex project schedules involving 10+ cross-functional teams and interdependent workstreams.
• Identify, track, and mitigate technical risks across manufacturing and test programs.
• Provide onsite technical support at CM factories during development builds and sustaining activities.
• Coordinate Test Engineering, Automation Engineering, Quality, CMs, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Use yield data, Pareto analysis, SPC, and other data-driven methods to make decisions.
• Support station qualification, failure/escape-rate management, and manufacturing readiness.
• Manage both NPI and sustaining programs where required.

About you

Demonstrated success improving test yield, cycle time, and line balance

Strong complex project/program scheduling and cross-functional coordination skills

Experience managing 10+ interdependent teams/workstreams

Strong technical risk identification and mitigation experience

Willingness to provide onsite support at CM factories when required

Strong data-driven approach using yield data, Pareto analysis, SPC, etc.
