Radii Global is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in a consumer hardware environment. The role focuses on NPI milestones (EVT, DVT, PVT, MP) and collaboration with CM/ODM partners across Asia.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in CE, strong manufacturing and problem-solving skills, and a track record of improving yields and processes. Willingness to travel is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
5+ years of Technical Program Management experience within a consumer hardware / consumer electronics (CE) environment.
Strong understanding of CM/ODM manufacturing environments and key NPI milestones, including EVT, DVT, PVT, and Mass Production (MP).
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across Hardware Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supplier Development.
Demonstrated track record in factory yield improvement, manufacturing optimization, and process enhancement.
Strong ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues that may impact or delay production line operations.
Proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies, including FMEA, 8D, Fishbone/Ishikawa, and statistical analysis tools.
Strong program and schedule management skills, including Gantt charts, critical path management, and risk tracking.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure NPI environments, with frequent travel to manufacturing facilities across Asia.
7+ years of program management experience, with progressively increasing responsibility across multiple sites or CMs.
Experience supporting Apple iPhone or Tier-1 Android OEM hardware programs.
Hands-on experience in factory yield optimization, assembly automation, and supply chain operations.
PMP, PMI, or equivalent project management certification.
Mandarin or Vietnamese language skills to facilitate direct communication with CM partners.
Experience managing both NPI and sustaining programs following mass production.
Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and factory data analytics.
MBA or advanced degree in a technical or related discipline.
Experience managing multi-generation product roadmaps and long-term program planning.
