Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. seeks a Senior MSR Engineer to oversee NPI activities, aligning models with KRAs and reporting to the Program Manager. You will coordinate with Engineering and Factory teams to ensure build readiness and timely transitions from NPI to mass production.

A strong emphasis is placed on planning, MRP accuracy, and safety program participation. The role requires 5+ years in NPI or manufacturing operations, with proven cross-functional collaboration across Engineering,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing operations, or coordination.
Proven experience with production planning, MRP systems, and NPI to MP transitions.
Strong cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Factory, Planning, and PM teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee NPI activities and ensure alignment with KRAs and program plans.
Coordinate with Engineering and Factory teams to ensure build readiness and plans.
Track model updates, shipments, and NPCAF releases, maintaining MRP alignment.
Drive production readiness in mass production transitions and capacity planning.
Support safety programs and incident reporting as part of compliance.
