Job summary

Advanced Energy in the Philippines is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure reliability, safety, and optimal performance of critical magnetics and cable production equipment. You will lead preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement to raise uptime, quality, and cost efficiency.

Reporting to the Maintenance Engineering Manager, you will own equipment reliability, lead RCA, support NPI, and coordinate with Quality, Production, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related).
• 2+ years hands-on manufacturing maintenance or equipment engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Own critical production equipment used in magnetics and cables.
• Ensure equipment meets safety, capability, capacity, and quality requirements.
• Improve uptime, reliability, and performance through preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Lead equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Lead specification, installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment.
• Support capital projects including URS, vendor evaluation, FAT/SAT, and handover to production.
• Coordinate with suppliers, integrators, and internal stakeholders during deployment.
• Define and maintain process control limits and monitoring plans.
• Support SPC and data-driven process control.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to manufacturing teams.
