Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Experienced Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at the Rosario, Cavite site. You will collaborate with AE design teams and NPI manufacturing to ensure quality procedures and manufacturability targets are met.

This role emphasizes DFM, DoE, RCCA, and process development to drive continuous improvement across PCBA manufacturing, SMT, and wave soldering. Strong communication and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in PCBA manufacturing or electronic product manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on experience with SMT and wave soldering.
• Proven experience in process design, development, and manufacturing improvement initiatives.
• Ability to analyze and leverage data to drive decisions and improve manufacturing outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a fast-changing, dynamic manufacturing environment.
• English communication skills (verbal and written).
• This is a full-time, onsite position reporting to the Rosario, Cavite site.

Responsibilities

• Work with AE DE and NPI Manufacturing Engineer to ensure key Quality Procedures requirements are met and resolve any problems that may happen.
• Involve early in critical NPI product design and development; address manufacturability issues and RCCA to prevent recurrence.
• Develop new processes/technology to meet quality requirements, establish process planning, and validate documentation and control.
• Apply DoE to prove new processes or solutions are effective and update procedures from lessons learned.
• Collaborate with design sites and factories to align QP with design requirements and capabilities.
• Standardize manufacturing systems and drive continuous improvement, including measures like OEE and productivity.
• Coordinate across sites to align different DFM preferences into common standards.
