Responsibilities

• Load materials, configure recipes, and run die attach machines per work instructions.
• Create die attach recipes for new process bricks for LGA, BGA, QFN and flip chip packages.
• Monitor processes and address major issues with the local team.
• Ensure quality compliance and analyze root causes for corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot machine errors and support DOE data gathering for new process bricks.
