About the role

The Reservations Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating bookings for flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel services. This role involves working closely with our travel suppliers, airlines, hotels, and partners to ensure accuracy in all reservations and provide outstanding support to clients throughout the booking process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle flight, hotel, and tour reservations with accuracy and efficiency


• Provide travel options, quotations, and itinerary recommendations


• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and internal teams


• Process and manage bookings using reservation systems and other travel platforms


• Ensure all booking details are complete, verified, and aligned with client requirements


• Track reservations, follow up on pending bookings, and update clients promptly


• Maintain accurate records and uphold service quality standards


• Assist in resolving booking issues, changes, cancellations, and other client requests professionally


• Communicate with suppliers and travel partners to confirm availability, rates, and booking details


• Support the team in ensuring a smooth and seamless travel experience for every guest

About you

• Strong work ethic and character


• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or any related field


• Experience in reservations, ticketing, or travel booking systems is an advantage


• Experience using Amadeus, Sabre, or any GDS (Global Distribution System) is an advantage, but not required


• Fresh graduates and applicants without prior reservations experience are welcome, as long as you are willing to learn


• Basic editing skills in Canva


• Knowledge of Excel and Google Docs


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
