Job summary

SALES RAIN BPO, INC. seeks a Reservations Agent to assist guests with hotel bookings, inquiries, and reservation management while delivering excellent customer service and supporting room sales.

Responsibilities include handling bookings, updating the PMS, quoting rates, and coordinating with teams to resolve issues and deliver reports. Fresh graduates with hospitality-related internships are welcome to apply. Shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Hotel Reservations or Central Reservations experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome, esp. with internship/OJT in Hotel Management, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Customer Service, Sales, Hospitality, or Travel experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS/reservation systems is preferred.
• RMS Cloud experience is an advantage but not required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
