Job summary

Golden Century Marketing in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental is seeking a Booking Sales Agent to handle inbound calls, respond to enquiries, and process travel and leisure bookings. This full-time role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and processing bookings, payments, and modifications efficiently.

You will maintain accurate customer records in our systems, identify opportunities to offer additional services, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and provide a personalised experience.
• Strong communication and active listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using booking systems and managing customer data.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
