Qualifications

Proven experience as a Regional/Area Sales Manager in automotive and/or motorcycle industry, distribution, FMCG, or B2B sales.
Deep familiarity and established business networks within North Mindanao.
Strong background in distributor management, key accounts, and team leadership.
Basic operational knowledge of inventory and warehouse supervision.
Excellent negotiation, business planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drive Sales & Revenue: Achieve regional sales targets, execute growth strategies, and expand market share across key cities and provinces.
Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and manage Sales Executives and field personnel to achieve KPIs.
Distributor & Account Management: Oversee key accounts, fleet/industrial clients, and distributor networks; monitor trade programs and collections.
Market Insights & Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, monitor competitor activities, and report directly to senior management.
Operations Oversight: Supervise regional warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, inventory storage, and dispatch.
