Job summary

Nestlé Philippines is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth across the North Luzon territory, collaborating with distributor partners to place Nestlé brands in outlets, at the right prices and visibility. You will lead and coach distributor salesmen, manage call plans, monitor performance, and execute trade promotions while expanding distribution and improving market coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 4 or more years of field sales experience in FMCG, preferably with distributor management.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills, comfortable with sales data and basic P&L/distributor financials.
• Good leadership and coaching skills, able to influence without direct authority.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to be field-based and travel extensively across North Luzon.
• We also welcome applicants from nearby regions (Central Luzon, NCR, and GMA) who are mobile and willing to relocate to North Luzon.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume, value, and distribution targets for the assigned territory
• Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance and act quickly on gaps
• Manage and develop distributor partners on coverage, stock levels, fill rate, and financial health (receivables, inventory days)
• Lead business reviews with distributors and align on joint business plans
• Coach, guide, and supervise distributor salesmen through field visits and route rides
• Make sure call plans, route coverage, and store productivity standards are met
• Drive in-store execution standards (availability, visibility, pricing, and planogram compliance)
• Implement trade programs and promotions, and track how well they work
• Grow numeric and weighted distribution by opening new outlets and expanding channel reach
• Build strong relationships with key accounts, wholesalers, and sub-distributors
