Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is seeking a Sales Manager to supervise and drive sales across North Luzon, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are met while upholding company standards.

You will lead store personnel, coach teams, analyze market trends, and collaborate with branches to execute promotions and improve performance. Travel across North Luzon and visiting multiple stores are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in retail sales supervision or area sales management.
• Experience in consumer electronics, appliances, mobile devices, or retail is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage sales performance of assigned stores.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular branch visits to monitor operations, merchandising, inventory, and compliance with company standards.
• Lead, coach, and motivate store personnel to improve productivity, customer service, and sales performance.
• Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with branch managers and other departments to address operational concerns and implement business strategies.
• Ensure proper execution of promotions, marketing campaigns, and merchandising initiatives.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain product availability.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and submit regular sales, operational, and performance reports to management.
