Job summary

Six Eleven Global Services and Solutions, Inc. is hiring an Outbound Business Development Manager focused on generating qualified meetings for a North America–facing B2B sales team.

As a Business Development Representative, you will conduct outbound calls to Canada and the U.S., engage with IT, Operations, Finance, Procurement and Office Managers, and schedule meetings for the account executives. Training will be provided; no closing is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B outbound calling experience.
• Proven experience prospecting into Canada or the U.S.
• Excellent spoken English and confident telephone communication.
• Comfortable speaking with business decision-makers and gatekeepers.
• Strong listening, questioning, and conversational skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls to businesses in Canada and the U.S.
• Speak with decision-makers such as IT, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Office Managers
• Ask relevant questions to understand the prospect's current situation and business needs
• Identify qualified opportunities and schedule meetings with the sales team
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and prospect information
• Follow up and confirm scheduled meetings
• Participate in call coaching and improve based on feedback
