TaskUs in Antipolo City, Rizal, is hiring a Teammate - Antipolo (Non-Voice Campaign) to join our customer service team in a full-time capacity. You will handle inquiries through email, chat, and messaging platforms, not voice calls, contributing to our commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• One year of BPO experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar.
• Experience in call center or customer support environment.
• Ability to multitask across multiple inquiries.
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn new platforms.
• Reliable and committed to meeting targets and quality standards.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable to schedule changes.
• Positive attitude with a desire to deliver outstanding service.
• Knowledge of client products/services is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through non-voice channels (email, live chat, social media).
• Provide accurate information and solutions while following company policies.
• Document interactions clearly and ensure proper follow-up.
• Maintain organized records of communications and transaction history.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and resolve complex issues.
• Meet quality standards and performance metrics (response time, resolution time, CSAT).
• Identify and escalate customer concerns to supervisors when needed.
• Participate in training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.
