Qualifications

• 1 year of BPO experience is welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills are required.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Windows OS, macOS, MS Office and Google apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely responses via voice, email, and live chat.
• Filter content from the client’s website and perform data/research tasks.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate priority issues when needed.
