Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of BPO/customer support experience.
• Strong written communication and grammar.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via non-voice channels (email, live chat, social media).
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions while following company policies.
• Document all interactions in the system with clear follow-up steps.
• Maintain organized records of communications and transaction history.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and resolve issues.
• Meet quality standards and performance metrics (response time, resolution, CSAT).
• Identify and escalate customer concerns to supervisors when needed.
• Participate in training to improve product knowledge and service skills.
