Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila (BGC, Taguig) is hiring a NOC Engineer to join our Enterprise Business Service Centre on-site during day shift. You will be the escalation point for complex incidents, provide technical expertise, and help deliver training and documentation.

You will manage major incidents, coordinate with TAC, handle ITSM processes with ServiceNow, and work with networks, data and voice tech to ensure high availability for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a NOC Engineer/Service Desk environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualifications; ITIL knowledge preferred.
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and network/security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for incidents and requests from the Service Centre.
• Lead training and documentation for new processes and technologies.
• Deliver technical training for new services to the team.
• Report recurring incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate major incidents with stakeholders and TAC for outages.
• Manage tickets and ensure timely updates and resolutions.
• Maintain and update internal team processes and documentation.
