Job summary

HTK is seeking a NOC Engineer in Manila to provide first-line fault management and 24/7 operations support for PCCW Global Network services. You will monitor alarms, perform diagnostics, coordinate with Tier-2/3 teams, and communicate with carriers to restore services.

The role requires a degree in Electronic/Information Technology Engineering and 1–3 years in telecom or networking, with CCNA or equivalent certifications preferred. Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Information Technology Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years telecom/networking experience preferred; strong technical aptitude considered.
• CCNA or MEF-CECP or equivalent certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 front-line support in the Network Operations Center.
• Monitor and investigate transmission network alarms and outages.
• Perform first-line maintenance and fault diagnostics on network equipment.
• Coordinate with Tier-2/3 teams for equipment replacement.
• Troubleshoot circuit faults and verify connectivity and performance.
• Communicate with carriers and partners to expedite fault resolution.
• Document actions, timelines, and outage reasons in the ticketing system.
• Support service reviews and drive performance improvements.
