Job summary

A global workforce solutions provider is seeking a Recruitment Program Coordinator to facilitate processes in the contingent worker lifecycle. This role includes providing first-level customer support, managing onboarding and offboarding, and tracking contract performance while ensuring client satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, be self-motivated with excellent communication skills, and be amenable to a nightshift and hybrid work setup. This position is based in Ortigas, Pasig.

Qualifications

• 0-2 or more years of staffing and/or MSP experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and follow-up skills.

• Must be amenable to nightshift schedule and hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

• Assist Hiring managers and suppliers during all stages of contract labor acquisition.
• Document client-reported issues and track resolution.
• Maintain and update worker assignments.
• Conduct research and analysis for inquiries.
• Monitor performance against contract SLAs.
