Qualifications

• Background in recruitment operations and recruitment administration.

• Willingness to work mid/nightshift and hybrid setup.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a team of Program Coordinators under Team EMEA/North America.
• Ensure SLAs are met by applying procurement and staff augmentation processes.
• Communicate process changes to enable day-to-day adaptation.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent; set performance standards.
• Drive for results and manage business performance metrics.
• Monitor risks and promote ethical escalation procedures.
• Identify challenges and implement proactive solutions; conduct audits.
• Set clear expectations and hold team accountable.
• Foster collaboration and drive ownership of responsibilities.
• Use data analytics to guide operational decisions.
